Ordering from Vedha Products
These terms apply to orders placed through the Vedha Products website. Product prices and pack sizes are shown on the menu. The order summary shows the total before submission or payment. Products are subject to availability.
Order confirmation & delivery
Submitting a request or completing a payment does not by itself confirm availability or delivery. The store will review and confirm the order. Same-day delivery within Hosur. Delivery is free. Tamil Nadu delivery outside Hosur is coming soon. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Payments
When online payment is enabled, payments are processed by Razorpay. Payment-card and bank credentials are entered only through the payment provider. The store verifies payment before showing it as paid. Test payments, if labelled, do not collect real money.
Cancellations & refunds
You may request cancellation on the same day you place your order. Contact customer support with your order number to request cancellation. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 days. Contact customer support if your refund has not arrived after this period. See our Cancellation and Refunds Policy for product issues and support.

Some menu images are illustrations or serving inspiration. Read the product description and pack size. If you have an allergy or dietary question, contact the store before ordering.
